MKG 429 Sales Technology Application

This course examines how sales professionals use technology like customer relationship management (CRM) platforms to nurture leads and build relationships with prospective and existing customers. It explores how inbound selling techniques can be used in tandem with content marketing efforts to enhance a customer’s experience with an organization.

Prerequisite: MKG 300, MKG 325.
