MKG 427 Sales Management

This course introduces sales management through four intertwined managerial topics applied to the sales function: people, process, structure and leadership. Through business cases, role plays, and lectures, we introduce sales management best practices and tools, across broad topics including hiring, performance management, coaching, compensation, sales strategy, and deployment.

Prerequisite: MKG 300, MKG 325.
