EDAC 646 Working with Volunteers in Community Organizations

This course examines the roles of volunteers and program development within community organizations. This includes a study of research and effective practices for engaging volunteers and developing volunteer programs. Students apply the theory and models to develop an organizational volunteer program guiding document.
