EDAC 643 Transformative Leadership for Adults

This course examines transformative leadership through the lens of transformative learning theory and practices that highlight the qualities of effective and transformative leaders who strive to promote sustainable change and inclusivity. Students will develop practical strategies for implementing transformative leadership across diverse contexts and disciplines—the practice that could ultimately drive meaningful changes within their communities and/or organizations.
