This course provides an overview of adult learning theories, approaches to learning, and current research for the effective education of adults in contemporary society. Students engage with readings, discussions, interviews, and activities to deepen their understanding of effective educational approaches for adults and critically analyze the impact of race and diversity on learning experiences.
