EDAC 632 Organizing and Managing Adult and Community Education Programs

This course explores the administration and leadership of adult and community programs and organization with an emphasis on theoretical frameworks with practical skills for effective program management. Students critically reflect on their assumptions of leadership and power dynamics while analyzing the impact of race and diversity on decision-making and practices in adult and community education programs.
