Minor in Management and Leadership
The minor in management and leadership offers students an understanding of how to effectively manage and lead people and a broad array of organizations, including non-profit, government, entrepreneurial, and corporate settings. Students will learn concepts related to leading individuals such as motivation, building relationships, and self-leadership. Students will also gain an understanding of how to manage organizations in regard to making evidence-based decisions and implementing new organizational initiatives. A focus of understanding one's leadership style and dispositions are also examined.
