Major in Management and Leadership (BA/BS)

The major in management and leadership offers students an in-depth understanding of how to effectively manage and lead people and organizations. Students will learn concepts related to leading individuals such as motivation, building relationships, and diversity/inclusion. Students will also gain an understanding of how to manage organizations in regards to making evidence-based decisions, implementing new organizational initiatives, and understanding sustainable business practices. A focus of understanding one's leadership style and dispositions are also examined.
