Minor in Property Management
The minor in Property Management provides an overview of property management (both residential and commercial) and is an ideal complement to other academic areas (primarily those from the College of Architecture and Planning, other areas of the Miller College of Business, and students majoring in General Studies) to add a specialization in Property Management without pursuing the full four-year degree in Property Management.
