POLS 445 Criminal Litigation: Law and Procedure
Course engages students in the study of criminal litigation with emphasis on essential elements of a crime and the rules and procedures for conducting a criminal trial. Topics include crimes against the person, property, and public order; constitutional protections afforded a criminal defendant; rules of evidence and procedure; and stages of criminal litigation.
Prerequisites: POLS 141, POLS 242, and POLS 243
