CJC 350 Criminal Evidence Procedure

This course intends to enhance the student’s understanding of the rules of evidence in criminal proceedings. In criminal trials, the primary goal of the rules of evidence is intended to secure a defendant’s constitutional right to a fair trial. Rules of evidence are not only important for the protection of the fundamental rights of the accused, but also are necessary in maintaining the integrity of the criminal justice system. Prerequisite: CJC 101 and 102 and 250. Open only to CJC majors and minors.
