AFA 398 Advanced Studio Art
An interdisciplinary studio art course resulting in the production of original works of art. The course will reflect contemporary art processes and concepts through assigned readings, course presentations, critique activities, and lectures. Material, process, and concepts may vary among students, with an emphasis on students developing and following through on their unique goals with the support of the instructor. Students will engage in peer support through in-progress feedback, critique, and other activities reflecting studio art community building and practice. A total of 6 credits may be earned, but no more than 3 in any one semester or term.
Prerequisite: Permission of instructor.
Open only to School of Art majors and minors.
