PLAN 365 Introduction to Economic Development Planning

This third-year lecture course introduces students to the theories, institutions, analytical techniques and strategies commonly used by economic development planning practitioners. Local governments, in collaboration with private firms and state and federal government, have tools to proactively shape economic growth, contraction and change in communities.
