EXSC 430 Strength and Conditioning Performance Applications
This course explores principles of program design and implementation for athletic performance, integrating sports science and emerging technologies. Students will gain experience with performance monitoring tools, data analysis, and training systems to optimize athletic outcomes. Thirty hours of strength and conditioning practical experience are required as part of this course.
Prerequisite: EXSC 147 or EXSC 200 with a C or better. EXSC 420 with a C or better OR to be completed concurrently.
Exercise Science majors may repeat only once. Open only to Exercise Science major and Coaching minor students.
