SPCE 691 Organizational Behavior Management & Supervision in Applied Behavior Analysis
This graduate-level course provides an in-depth examination of Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) principles and their application to supervision within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This course will utilize a behavior analytic lens to review common workplace issues and discuss strategies such as staff retention, performance feedback, and management. The course explores strategies for effectively managing and supervising both ABA programs and other organizations, focusing on improving organizational performance, enhancing staff development, and optimizing service delivery.
Prerequisites: SPCE 609, SPCE 610 and SPCE 611, each with a minimum grade of B or better
