HSC 395 Meths and Curr Tchng Hlth Ed
Application of the roles of the health teacher in a school setting. Functions considered include curriculum development including planning for instruction, instructional strategies, assessment; strategies for engaging diverse learners; and acting as a resource person for school health. Prerequisite: HSC 290, 295, and 363; or permission of the department chairperson; completion of decision point 2. Open only to health and physical education teacher education majors.
