PSYS 284 Research Methods in Psychological Science
Introduction to the use of the scientific method in the study of human behavior. Analyze and evaluate experimental studies to gain experience with research techniques while using essential controls and acceptable procedures.
Prerequisite: A grade of C or higher in one of the following courses: PSYS 241 or CJC 221 or ECON 221 or MATH 221 or NUR 314 or SOC 382; or permission of the department chairperson.
