MGT 365 Legal Issues in Talent Acquisition and Employee Management

This course examines the legal and managerial aspects of talent acquisition and employee management in the private sector, including laws, regulations and agencies governing employment practices, discrimination, labor unions, employee benefits, occupational safety and health, workers compensation, privacy in the workplace, equal employment opportunity, and affirmative action.
