MDIA 115 Media and the Creative Process
This course introduces students to the foundational tools and concepts used to craft compelling stories through a blend of imagery, text, audio, and graphics. This course provides students with a shared vocabulary and hands-on experience across key creative disciplines, including sound design, photography, video production and editing, scriptwriting, animation, and graphic design. By building a common framework of skills and language, students will be better equipped to collaborate meaningfully in future media courses and within professional creative environments.
