ISOM 251 Supply Chain and Logistics in Society

Explore supply chain and logistics management as human-centered networks within business and society. Emphasis is placed on planning, customer relationships, ethics, sustainability, technology, and globalization, while integrating behavioral and social perspectives. Topics include trust, psychological contracts, leadership, humanitarian response, decentralized systems, and responsible AI. Students apply interdisciplinary models to evaluate global collaboration, social responsibility, and decision-making in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
