GEOG 265 Introduction to Geographic Information Systems

Provides a comprehensive introduction to Geographic Information Systems (GIS), covering fundamental concepts of GIS, including how to visualize information in ways that reveal relationships, patterns, and trends not visible in other software systems. Students will develop working knowledge of the full capabilities of GIS technology.
