EXSC 240 Foundations of Athlete Health and Wellness

The purpose of this course is for students to explore the prevention and identification of common athletic injuries and engage with risk reduction strategies. Students will learn how to implement and manage safety policies and procedures as well as when to refer to trained medical personnel to ensure the well-being of participants in athletic and fitness programs.


Exercise Science majors may repeat only once. Open only to Exercise Science major and Coaching minor students.
