AQUA 355 SCUBA Internship
The SCUBA Internship provides students in the SCUBA Minor with supervised, professional experience in an approved diving-related setting. Internship placements may include dive centers, research programs, aquatic facilities, law enforcement or public safety dive units, environmental organizations, or other operations that integrate SCUBA diving into their professional practice.
Students apply and expand their knowledge of diving skills, safety protocols, equipment management, and underwater operations in real-world contexts. Under professional supervision, interns may assist with dive training, underwater research, media production, equipment service, or other specialized applications relevant to their field of study. Prerequisite(s):AQUA 220 Min Grade: D-, Open only to SCUBA Minor students.
