2026-2027 Undergraduate Catalog

Enrollment Deposit

Students admitted as undergraduates to the university for the first time, as domestic and international students, must accept their formal offers of admission by completing the enrollment confirmation process and paying the $100 non-refundable enrollment deposit. The deposit will be applied directly to first-semester fees. The deadline for fall and summer semesters is May 1 and for spring semester the deadline is January 1 for on-campus domestic students. In cases of financial difficulties, a high school counselor may request, via email, that the enrollment deposit be deferred for a student.

International students who are on-campus degree-seeking applicants must confirm their enrollment by replying to the International Decision Reply Form on their Cardinal Landing portal and submitting a $100 non-refundable enrollment deposit. The enrollment deposit is required before any following enrollment steps can be taken, such as obtaining an I-20 or DS-2019. For international students, the deadline to complete the decision form and pay the deposit is July 7 for fall, December 6 for spring, and April 6 for summer.
