Advanced and Applied Mathematics, 6 credits
For students wishing to major or minor in mathematics, students may substitute MATH 267 and either MATH 374 or MATH 473 for PHYC 270 and 272 with approval from the Department Chair. Substitutions of other 300- or 400-level MATH courses for PHYC 270 and 272 may occur with approval from the Department Chair.
Directed Electives, 9 hours
Students must take at least 3 hours in Advanced Physics Theory and at least 3 hours in Advanced Laboratory Skills. They will take another 3 hours in one of these two areas.
