PLAN 487 Introduction to Real Estate Development
This course provides an overview about the real estate development profession and the many duties the developer undertakes. Students will explore many dynamics associated with the real estate development profession, including the players involved with making projects happen, and the overall process involved with completing development projects. Case studies will be used throughout the semester to illustrate specific projects, and show how concepts discussed in class are applied to an actual development project.
