Introduction into commercial real estate with a focus on land development, new construction, and re-use of retail, hospitality, office, and multifamily and finding the highest and best use for a site. We will explore the drivers of the different sectors and how to decide what goes where and how market conditions apply.
Prerequisite: PLAN 240 with a C or higher
