Certificate in Apartment Management

The Apartment Management Certificate serves as an opportunity to provide basic industry information for non-degree seekers, especially non-traditional students already working in the apartment industry.  Ideally, these students will then use these course credits toward a four-year degree to pursue the Property Management major or Property Management minor.

Students pursuing the Certificate in Apartment Management must meet the following additional requirements:

·         Grade of C or better in all courses

·         Sit for the CALP (Certified Apartment Leasing Professional) exam
