PLAN 576 Economic Development Incentives

The purpose of this course is to provide a snapshot of the various tools, stakeholders, and programs available to development professionals to ensure attraction and retention of projects that make positive community and economic impacts. We will also focus on the non-financial tools needed to ensure a successful outcome and explore the various roles in the development process.

Prerequisite: PLAN 585 with grade of B- or higher
