PLAN 544 Real Estate Development Management Law
Real estate developers must understand regulatory matters as it relates to owning and operating buildings. In this course, students will learn about property regulation and case law relating to the operations and management of real estate development projects. Topics include leasing transactions, landlord/tenant law, foreclosures, brokerage regulations, real estate tax law, and securitization.
