CJC 250 Introduction to Criminal Courts/Judiciary
This course provides a detailed introduction to American criminal courts and judicial systems. Students are exposed to the structure and operation of criminal courts, as well as theoretical perspectives in court actor decision-making.
Prerequisite: CJC 101, CJC 102; or permission of the department chairperson.
