Historical and current views of teaching speech to the deaf and hard of hearing are studied with emphasis on current methods. Includes the knowledge, foundation, and practical methodology for teaching spoken English. Writing instructional objectives and an Individual Education Plan for spoken English is also included. Prerequisite: SPCE 201, 240.
