NUTR 448 Nutrition and Weight Mgmt
A study of the etiology, pathophysiology, and interdisciplinary treatment of overweight and obesity. An emphasis will be placed on nutrition as a treatment modality, and the role of nutrition research in guiding public policy. Prerequisite: NUTR 340.
