MGT 345 Management for New Ventures
A survey course highlighting the foundational principles and best practices for managing the start-up process and the human resources involved in new venture creation. Students will learn how to plan the business launch and operations, as well as how to select, train, compensate, and promote employees. Prerequisite: ECON 116 or 201 or ACC 201 with a grade of C or higher; MGT 241, 342. Prerequisite or parallel: MGT 343.
