GEOG 449 Synoptic Meteorology
Investigation of synoptic- and mesobeta-scale atmospheric systems, with a focus on mathematical and physical theories of weather forecasting and application of those theories through the use of satellite, radar, and numerical weather prediction technology. Prerequisite: GEOG 330; MATH 165; PHYC 120.
