FCPM 305 Maintenance for Property Managers
Maintenance issues that individuals in management positions will encounter are explored. Topics include types and financial implications of maintenance, general and special maintenance needs, and dealing with personal and property safety. Identifies strategies for hiring and working with maintenance personnel. The course includes a lab with experiences in property maintenance. Prerequisite: FCPM 235 or permission of the department chairperson.
