ENG 401 Trends and Issues in Teaching Elementary English Language Arts
Requires students to investigate in-depth a problem or issue related to the teaching of elementary English Language Arts reflecting on best practices vs. common practices in relation to the NCTE/IRA Standards for the English Language Arts. Prerequisite: C or better in ENG 204. Parallel:ENG 311. Open only to elementary education majors.
