BA 345 Data Mining for Bus Analytics
Designed to facilitate the understanding of how to leverage business intelligence and analytics in their organization. Examines critical areas of analytics such as text analytics, descriptive analytics, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics. Students learn to apply logistic regression, association rules, tree structured classification and regression, cluster analysis, discriminant analysis, and neural networks to address critical business issues and enable/drive businesses to transform their organizations. Prerequisite: BA 305 or permission of the department chairperson.
