CS 546 Database Design

An introduction to database requirements analysis, modeling, creation, and usage. Topics include ER model, relational model, relational algebra, SQL, dependencies and normal forms, indexes, views, sequences, web-based client-server applications development, ETL, procedural language, database security, and NoSQL. Not open to students who have credit in CS 346 or CS 418.
