Minor in Leadership Development

The Minor in Leadership Development, designed for undergraduate students, offers the opportunity to customize educational experiences in alignment with personal passions and career aspirations while acquiring essential leadership skills relevant across various fields. This 15-credit minor includes tracks in Communication, Educational Leadership, Multicultural Education, Political Science, and Social Entrepreneurship, or students may choose courses across the tracks.


This comprehensive program enhances students' abilities to effect positive change, communicate effectively, and appreciate diverse perspectives, positioning them as valuable contributors in any professional environment. Additionally, students can take advantage of study abroad opportunities to further enrich their learning experience.
