MGT 364 Fostering Engagement, Respect, and Belonging
This course equips students with a thorough understanding of how organizations can foster engagement through respect and belongingness. Students will learn to work with various groups to create a productive organization in which everyone feels welcomed. The course offers a comprehensive survey of social groups and an analysis of their history, engaging in discussions about effectively enhancing employee belonging and respect.
