Programs:

The School of Earth, Atmosphere, and Sustainability (SEAS), houses a master of arts (MA) in Environmental Geoscience, which requires 30 graduate credits beyond the bachelor’s degree. The MA is a non-thesis program. SEAS also hosts a master of science (MS) in Geology and Natural Resources, which also requires 30 credits beyond the bachelor’s degree; six credits of thesis hours and a defended thesis are compulsory for this degree. Students applying for the MS must secure a verified faculty advisor in SEAS prior to application.

SEAS is home to the Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Science. It is also part of the interdisciplinary PhD program in Environmental Science.
