NUTR 102 Nutrition Basics for Fitness

This introductory course provides basic nutrition information to help fitness enthusiasts make food and lifestyle choices to fuel their body and their activity. Topics include the role of nutrition, exercise, and fitness to health; dietary recommendations; components of a training diet; nutrient timing for better results; factors that influence nutrition need; and developing a personal meal plan.
