MMP 341 Game Engine and Middleware
This course focuses on teaching students the fundamentals of game engines. Students will learn the fundamental components and features of game engines (such as objects, inputs, movement, interactions, physics, UI, artwork, animation, sound, and more) and the terminology and theory behind them. While team taught, Game and Media Sound Design students will be working directly with middleware learning to design and trigger sounds with WWISE and FMOD.
Prerequisite: MMP 305
Open only to students in the MMP major or by permission of instructor.
