HOSP 496 Seminar in Hospitality Management
Seminar topics will be identified, focusing on current issues in the hospitality industry. Using the seminar format, the course will include research, discussion, and dissemination of information gathered on a given topic.
Prerequisite: permission of the department chairperson.
May be repeated up to total of 9 credits, but no more than 6 in any one semester or term.
