GEOG 433 Cartography and Visualization of Spatial Data

Focuses on cartographic practices for the visualization of spatial data. The students will discuss map design and layout and explore the functions of a graphics software to create maps for printing and the computer screen. A geographical background of the participants is welcome, but not a requirement.
