FOR 101 Introduction to Forensic Science

This course provides an overview of the history, nature and function of forensic science and criminalistics. Special attention is given to each of the key areas of evidence as collected, interpreted, and used in forensic science. Of the various types of evidence analyzed using the tools of forensic science, these forms of evidence can involve any type of criminal investigation where forensic-related evidence is collected and potentially used.
