EXSC 430 Applied Strength and Conditioning Principles
Designed to give students the opportunity to develop skills in the application of resistance training protocols for college athletes and teams. Students will follow guidelines for instructing safe, effective and purposeful resistance training and conditioning by working with the head strength coach and staff.
Prerequisite: EXSC 420 Min Grade C or by permission of the program coordinator
Exercise science majors may repeat only once.
Open only to Exercise Science majors and kinesiology minors.
