Masters of Arts or Science (MA/MS) in Sport and Exercise Psychology

Students in the Sport and Exercise Psychology (SEP) graduate program will learn about the theory, research, and applied techniques used to educate athletes, coaches, parents, exercisers, esport athletes, fitness professionals, tactical populations, and performing artists. The program provides students with a well-rounded education on the psychological aspects of sport and physical activity for optimal enjoyment, performance, and well-being. Within our program, students have the opportunity to work towards certification as a mental performance consultant through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. Students completing the SEP degree must complete a minimum of 33 credits of graduate courses, including a thesis/research project and practicum.
