POLS 453 Public and Non-Profit Human Resources
This course focuses upon contemporary issues in public and non-profit sector human resources management. The course will discuss theoretical and practical issues that must be addressed by human resources departments in an effort to promote organizational cohesion and public/non-profit sector service delivery.
